Design, develop and implement training products, both in the classroom and online, that will inspire and motivate participants to use their potential at work and increase productivity
To develop and deliver Orientation course for new employees
To participate in TNA as required in order identifying specific non-operational training needs across the company
To develop and deliver all soft skills corporate trainings and programs
To develop and deliver corporate webinars
To develop and deliver CBT in line with corporate training needs
To participate in internal and external projects of Training Academy
Control and update training content to meet standards and customer (departmental) needs and ensure high training quality
To manage and coordinate logistics and administrative side of training (training venues, equipment, materials, feedback collection, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
Having experience as a trainer for at least 3 years
Having experience in delivering leadership and management training in big companies (for external candidates)
Possess discussion and facilitation skills
Must be able to provide feedback and other skills for adult learning
Having leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English
Being an experienced PC user and MS Office programmes
