Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and analyze the usage of E&M systems in the IT Department units and provide recommendations for strengthening the management of aircraft airworthiness maintenance and its effectiveness.
• Manage and coordinate actions to improve E&M systems aiming to enhance their efficiency, considering all related departments of the IT Department.
• Develop and update internal procedures for managing E&M systems adapted for corporate processes to ensure consistent performance of IT Department staff duties related to the use of these systems and to reduce potential errors.
• Test and implement new versions of systems, including beta version testing and system updates in test environments, preparation and conduct of training events for users on new features and changes in the system, monitor involved departments for testing and implementation, evaluate the effectiveness of new versions, and provide feedback to developers.
• Analyze and control access settings, including receiving and processing requests from users for obtaining, modifying, or revoking access to the system, following the company's IT security policy.
• Manage user accounts, including creation, blocking, and deletion. Control and regulate user access rights to various modules and functions of the system.
• Provide user support in using system functionality. Create, distribute instructions, manuals, and provide usage recommendations.
• Analyze received messages and requests, including through the Airline's IT and E-commerce Department portal, about system issues and errors, as well as diagnose and identify the causes of these problems.
• Develop and implement measures to eliminate errors and failures, including interaction with the IT and e-commerce department, technical support, and system developers.
• Conduct data analysis, generate reports in the system to support production departments and achieve increased efficiency and process optimization.
• Regularly upload and update documentation from aircraft manufacturers (AIPC, Boeing Toolbox 787, etc.) in the TRAX system, as well as other documents subject to upload in the TRAX system.
• Regularly upload/update Boeing 787 Maintenance Performance Toolbox software on Universal Maintenance Device (UMD).
• Support the loading/updating of Loadable Software Airplane Parts (LSAP).
• Monitor digital automation processes (e-enabling), including troubleshooting, testing, and work planning.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Responsibilities for managing computerized maintenance systems and other programs and systems used by the Department of Engineering and Technical Support for Aircraft Maintenance purposes (hereinafter referred to as E&M systems).
• Development of approaches, procedures, processes for the utilization of E&M systems and related technological processes, aiming to optimize the use of E&M systems and efficiently manage aircraft servicing to maintain their airworthiness.
• Ensuring the support of E&M systems in a reliable and operational state.
• Collaborating with E&M system developers and the Airline's IT and E-commerce Department to enhance the efficiency of system utilization.
