  • Conduct recruitment process at all levels: research, interviews and other activities with candidates for a vacant position in order to identify candidates match the requirements.
  • Identify applicable and effective candidates search for each vacancy.
  • Publish vacancies on available sources.
  • Organize internal recruitments to fill the positions, inform employees about available vacancies, and organize recruiters accordingly.
  • Enter interview results, tests and comments into the KCHR system.
  • CV shortlist from applied candidates for the vacancy.
  • Invite applicants for internship and maintain an electronic database of interns.
  • Prepare and send reports on new employees to the Department of Employment and Social Programs.
  • Inform candidates about the results of the interview.



  • Higher education;
  • Work experience at least 3 years;
  • Previous recruitment experience is a benefit:
  • Confident PC/MS Office/office equipment user;
  • Languages: English Upper Intermediate, Russian - fluent, Kazakh – fluent;
  • Soft skills: Time management, ability to work both in team and independently, analytical skills, communication skills, adaptivity, organizational skills, good oral and writing skills.
