Conduct recruitment process at all levels: research, interviews and other activities with candidates for a vacant position in order to identify candidates match the requirements.
Identify applicable and effective candidates search for each vacancy.
Publish vacancies on available sources.
Organize internal recruitments to fill the positions, inform employees about available vacancies, and organize recruiters accordingly.
Enter interview results, tests and comments into the KCHR system.
CV shortlist from applied candidates for the vacancy.
Invite applicants for internship and maintain an electronic database of interns.
Prepare and send reports on new employees to the Department of Employment and Social Programs.
Inform candidates about the results of the interview.
REQUIREMENTS:
Higher education;
Work experience at least 3 years;
Previous recruitment experience is a benefit:
Confident PC/MS Office/office equipment user;
Languages: English Upper Intermediate, Russian - fluent, Kazakh – fluent;
Soft skills: Time management, ability to work both in team and independently, analytical skills, communication skills, adaptivity, organizational skills, good oral and writing skills.
