Description

Job duties:

1. Adaptation of new employees, explanation of rules and procedures already at the workplace.
2. Implementing and explaining new procedures and monitoring compliance with them.
3. Monitoring compliance with grooming manuals and service standards
4. Regular testing of employees' knowledge, conducting tests
5. Assist with knowledge testing of regional station staff as well as airport staff
6. Improving team performance through motivation and engagement.
7. Regular work to improve ground handling services for passengers
8. Work on staff errors, help to investigate complaints from passengers about service

Requirements:

1. Work experience in GS 1-3 years
2. Availability of On Job Trainer certificates
3. Train The Trainer certificate is desirable
4. In-depth understanding of all ground service processes and procedures
5. Understanding of NPS and CSAT
6. Skills in communicating information and explaining rules and procedures
