Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive customer inquiries via e-mail and phone calls, provide timely feedback to customers.
  • Check compliance with all established rules, procedures and instructions by airline employees when considering customer requests.
  • Initiate an internal investigation into the facts of delays / cancellations of flights, cargo / postal items, the provision of services by ground, on-board services with the involvement of responsible services in accordance with the client's request.
  • Analyze the inquiries, identify the needs of customers, their level and focus.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education, preferably linguistics
  • Fluency in Russian, Kazakh, English.
  • Good oral communication skills.
  • Business correspondence skills in three languages.
