Description

Principal functions on the job:

  • To accept telephone calls and requests from cargo sales agents and airline staff/users of the system with regards to the system of reservations and cargo tracking.
  • To provide the most complete consultation on the arising issues within one’s responsibilities.

 

Main job duties:

  • To provide timely information exchange between the parties of the cargo shipment process with regards to the system of reservations and cargo tracking.
  • To update the settings and data base in the system in a timely and accurate manner according to the instructions of the reservations supervisor and cargo sales manager.
  • To notify timely cargo sales agents/system users and provide them with updated user instructions in case of the introduction of new requirements on the work of the system of reservations and cargo tracking.
  • To accept complaints from cargo sales agents and company staff/users of the system with regards to the work of the system of reservations and tracking of company cargo, analyze arising issues and form requests to the system provider when needed in order to find out the way to solve the arising issues and enter correct data into the system.
  • To monitor the status, deadlines and processing of the requests by the system provider if any requests submitted.
  • To participate in the elaboration of proposals dedicated to the prevention of failures connected to the work with the system of reservations and company cargo tracking and to the provision of correct airline database management by all the parties.
  • To compile and process system’s statistical data on airline cargo sales in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Previous experience in IT, logistics
  • Rules and regulations of labor protection and safety
  • Fluent Russian language speaking skills in Kazakh language, English language (Upper-intermediate).(if applicable for responsible area of work).
  • Advanced user of Excel, Word, MS Office
  • Advanced user of MS Office and accounting system: MS Excel – Professional level (to work with large volumes, graphing, apply complex formulae etc.).
  • Ability to work in group and independently.
  • Negotiation skills and problem-solving.
