Air Astana provides an opportunity for 4th year students and graduates who want to start their career in HR and get to know aviation!

We offer the opportunity to:

• Choose one of three areas for internship: recruiting, HR front office, back office.
• Experience a dynamic and educational working environment with experienced mentors.
• Work on real tasks and projects for practical application of your knowledge.
• Potential for further employment based on internship results.
• Transportation or an office in the city center (depending on the chosen sector).

RESPONSIBILITES:

Recruiting:

• Conduct CV resume screenings and preliminary interviews with candidates.
• Prepare reports on the progress of recruitment processes and maintain communication with candidates.
• Participate in and organize large-scale recruitment events.

HR Front Office:

• Support the onboarding process for new employees and manage their documentation.
• Process leave requests, sick leave, and other HR-related inquiries.
• Assist in organizing corporate events and activities for employees.

Back Office:

• Maintain and update employee databases and document workflows.
• Prepare reports and analytics on HR matters.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the efficient execution of HR processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably higher education or student status in the field of human resources management, psychology or related disciplines.
• Graduate of 3-4 years with the possibility of combining studies and internship (full day, from Monday to Friday).Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Fluent user of office software and data management systems.
• Proactivity, responsibility, and organizational skills.
• A desire to learn and grow in the aviation industry!
