Closing date: 26-Jun-2025

Description

As part of Air Astana's E-commerce team, you will act as a bridge between business, IT, and external vendors. Expect meaningful challenges that require attention to detail, structured thinking, and a passion for digital services:

  • Maintain a high standard of digital product quality by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

  • Dive into user flows, APIs, and system logic to ensure seamless integrations and great customer experience.

  • Collaborate with the Web Data Analyst to validate tracking, interpret data, and help business make informed decisions.

  • Align input from key teams like Nomad Club, Loyalty, Ancillary, and Payments into unified product flows.

  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues in JIRA or Service Desk, and track them to resolution.

  • Resolve non-IT related bug claims

  • Keep internal documentation clean and useful, supporting team alignment across systems.

  • Evaluate dependencies and risks when introducing changes across digital platforms.

If you enjoy turning complex ideas into clear interfaces and care about long-term stability over one-time features, this role is for you.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 2 years of experience as a system or business analyst in digital environments.

  • Understands digital architecture and enjoys exploring integrations, APIs, and user journeys.

  • Is comfortable working with analytics tools (GA4, SQL is a plus) and discussing data with analysts.

  • Knows how to structure and prioritize requirements and doesn't fear documentation.

  • Has coordinated with multiple teams (business, IT, vendors) and can navigate different viewpoints.

  • Uses tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or DevOps confidently.

  • Speaks English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

  • E-commerce background is a bonus.
