Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To communicate the Air Astana brand value effectively through the corporate website, merge mails and other digital channels by using a strong combination of skills such as: brand storytelling, content development and digital innovation.
- To coordinate and execute a comprehensive omni channel digital communication strategy that ensures we serve our customers with useful, dynamic and engaging content through web, mobile, email and other emerging channels.
- To plan and deliver content and proofreading for sales campaigns including email, website, mobile app and advertising programs that meet Air Astana's business objectives.
- To use the content management systems for both website and mobile application to support the needs of the business unit.
- To collaborate with creative, digital partners and agencies when applicable to create and tell meaningful and engaging stories for digital channels.
- To build an editorial calendar for digital to deliver content in sync with marketing initiatives of the company.
- To identify strategic content partnership opportunities to reach, educate and engage new customers.
- To monitor new developments and technologies in content marketing tools, trends and applications.
- To collaborate effectively with all parties involved in building holistic content plans across various digital communication channels with the help of expert project management skills.
- To communicate and align the digital content strategy with key internal and external stakeholders by being a self-starter and lead the conversation.
- To adjust and grow content marketing in such a way that the essence, art and emotion of the Air Astana brand are instilled in customers' minds and hearts.
- To use the knowledge of customer journey patterns on the website and mobile app as well as cross channel journey patterns to deliver valuable, timely and relevant digital content.
- To be on the pulse of the customer and be aware of the discussion on Social Media platforms.
- To collaborate with regional offices and relevant business teams to stay current regarding upcoming digital marketing needs, sales promotions or events.
- To work closely with Web Analyst and Online Sales Analyst on regular analysis of website and mobile application traffic and sales.
- To work closely with digital marketing specialist(s) to get best results digital campaigns across all digital channels.
- To cooperate with the Marketing team on creating and updating the website and app's graphical content in correct and timely manner.
- To represent Sales and Marketing department in ECSG (eCommerce Steering Group) in Online Sales Manager’s absence.
- To represent Online Sales team on weekly Sales and Marketing Department managers meetings in Online Sales Manager’s absence.
- To assist Online Sales Manager in various projects and provide general administrative support.
REQIIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in marketing or journalism.
- Previous relevant work experience required +/- 2 years
- Fluent Russian, Kazakh and English with impeccable spoken and written literacy in all three languages
- Advanced skills in writing informative texts/SEO texts that sell, ability to write concise and appealing copy
- Creativity, ability to come up with powerful headlines
- Ability to write quickly without compromising quality
- Passion for content creation, digital marketing and constant learning
- Strong time management skills
