Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accept customer requests and ensure timely feedback.
  • Verify compliance with all established rules, procedures and instructions by airline employees when considering customer requests
  • Analyze requests; identify customer needs, their level and focus
  • Conduct official investigations regarding delays / cancellations of flights, cargo / mail, the provision of services by ground, airborne services, as well as all involved departments and divisions.

REQIIREMENTS:

  • Higher education, preferably linguistic.
  • Fluency in Russian, Kazakh, English.
  • Literate spoken language.
  • Business correspondence skills in three languages.
  • Stress resistance, multitasking, speed of execution of orders, attention to detail.
