RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and supervise airport ground services operations.
• Ensure execution of the airline’s daily flight plan and safe preparation of aircraft for departure.
• Monitor compliance with GOM, IGOM, AHM, PSCRM, and other applicable regulatory and corporate standards.
• Ensure compliance with national legislation and occupational health and safety requirements.
• Improve passenger service quality and enhance the efficiency of ground operations.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage staff activities in alignment with the Airline’s strategy and business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience sufficient to perform the duties of Senior Manager Airport Services.
• Knowledge of the normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international regulations governing airline operations, and internal company policies and labor regulations.
• Practical knowledge and application of GOM (7th edition), IGOM, AHM, PSCRM, and other applicable IATA standards.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, industrial hygiene, and safety standards.
• Clear understanding of airport ground services organization, aircraft turnaround processes, and execution of the daily flight schedule.
• Proficiency in Kazakh (conversational level) and fluent Russian and English (written and spoken); strong leadership, organizational, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
