Description

Duties:

 

·        Development, creation and implementation of marketing programs and B2C campaigns through digital channels to expand and increase revenues from airline sales using a number of technologies, such as paid online advertising, optimization for search systems, email marketing, mobile

marketing, personalization and automation.

·        Development and implementation of a marketing communication strategy, participation in the development of omni-channel:

·     Development and customization of highly effective advertising campaigns in Google and Yandex (contextual and display advertising, remarketing), Google Display Networks, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram (targeted advertising in social networks),

·     Maintenance, analysis and optimization of advertising campaigns; marketing channels and tools, CPC (cost per click), CPA (cost per action)

·     Adjustment of analytics systems, goals tracking, advertising campaign effectiveness;

·     Planning of budgets for advertising campaigns;

·     Preparation of reports on the effectiveness and results of advertising campaigns.

·     Preparation of calculations for a media plan;

·     Coordination of the work of the email marketing and search optimization agency: approval of a media plan, content of letters, coordination of deadlines

·     Collaboration with SMM, content marketing specialist (s) and copywriters on a continuous basis to achieve the best digital campaign results across all digital channels.

 

Requirements:

·         Competent user of Google Analytics/Yandex Metrics

·         Competent user of GoogleAdWords/Ya.Direct/Facebook Ads

·         Availability of Google, Yandex, Facebook certificates would be an asset

·         Knowledge of search ranking mechanisms and email marketing,

·         At least 3 years work experience in a position with similar duties

·         Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, upper-intermediate English

·         Knowledge of GTM, settings of pixels from various systems

·         Ability to customize remarketing audiences

·         Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets;
