Description

REQUIREMENTS:

•  Higher education in specialized areas: hr administration, staff management; economics; HR
• Experience of at least 5 years in the field of human resources and administration
•  Experience in automated HR administration systems (ERP, КУФИБ, SAP and electronic document management system)
• Languages: Kazakh: fluent, Russian: fluent, English: Intermediate
• Knowledge of the Labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, state standards in record management and archiving, regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in document management, storage and archival of documents, state awards of RK; instruction for presenting state award; migration legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Personnel records; modern trends in human resource management; Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system; basic principles of the employee award process
• PC experienced user MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
• Personal qualities: customer orientation, communication skills, tact, open minded, driven to result, organization, stress resistance, multitasking, leadership skills
• Ability to analyze large amount of data, to prioritize challenges, to establish a cause –and-effect relations for decision making
