Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize, manage, and supervise the Group's daily operations.
• Determine the type of repair required for detected aircraft damage; if necessary, submit a request to the EM Technical Service Department for the development of a repair scheme for non-standard repair methods.
• Possess thorough knowledge and understanding of the upcoming repair technology in accordance with SRM (Structural Repair Manual), AMM (Aircraft Maintenance Manual), SOPM (Standard Operating Procedures Manual), SB (Service Bulletins), and other applicable documentation as required.
• Organize and carry out aircraft modifications and upgrades in accordance with Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and Service Letters (SLs), specifically regarding structural repairs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Specialized technical or aviation education, or a Part-66 course, or a specific training course in aircraft structural repair.
• Work experience relevant to the position – minimum 2 years.
• Knowledge of the airline’s regulatory documents and procedures related to aviation safety within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
• Familiarity with the computerized aircraft maintenance management system (TRAX) at a level sufficient to perform job duties (by the end of the probationary period).
• Proficiency in English sufficient for communication, correspondence, and comprehension of aviation technical documentation within the scope of tasks performed by the Shop.
• Knowledge of aircraft structures subject to repair, their technical characteristics, and relevant operational documentation.
