Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, organize, and control the company’s commercial and investment budgeting process (CAPEX/OPEX).
• Ensure timely preparation and regular updates of the annual and mid-term commercial budget.
• Analyze revenues, expenses, and profitability by projects, business lines, and counterparties.
• Participate in the evaluation and financial modeling of new commercial initiatives, business cases, and investment projects.
• Monitor key commercial performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular reports and analytical memos for senior management.
• Coordinate with procurement and operational departments on planning and performance efficiency.
• Prepare presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance of planning and reporting processes with internal regulations, group policies, and audit requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Higher education in Economics, Finance, Business, Management, or related fields.
• Work Experience: 3–5 years of experience in business planning, commercial analysis, or financial management.
• Languages: English — Intermediate or higher; Kazakh and Russian — fluent.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of ERP systems and BI tools (ERP, BPS, Power BI, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Experience in preparing business cases and budget models
• Knowledge of investment evaluation methods (NPV, IRR, Payback)
• Negotiation skills and experience in preparing management reports
• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work in a multitasking environment
• Leadership qualities and teamwork skills
