Represent the interests of the Airline at the airport to state and public organizations and institutions, legal entities and individuals, in cooperation with the aviation authorities, the border service, customs authorities on issues related to the organization and provision of airline flights, as well as related to the registration of documents, obtaining licenses and the implementation of other mandatory procedures and formalities within their competencies.
Organize and control the timely registration of passengers and baggage, hand luggage and excess baggage on the flight, in accordance with the "Rules of Carriage" of the airline.
Monitor the implementation and quality of the terms of the contract and agreements entered into by the Airline with the airport and other companies and organizations.
Monitor the implementation of the daily plan of departures and arrivals of airline flights.
Carry out organization, management, supervision and control to ensure the normal functioning of all ground services of the services provided for Air Astana JSC.
Provide timely information to the operational control and loading planning center
Make the necessary changes to the accounting documentation for loading / unloading aircraft.
Make the necessary changes at the end of passenger boarding and loading of aircraft in the consolidated loading list and centering.
Apply the system adopted by the Airline for reporting threats to quality and hazards, incidents on the ground and in the air.
Manage the work and control its performance by subordinates, while demanding from them the high-quality performance of work and on time.
Ensure coordinated work of the ground handling department with related services.
Take the necessary measures to ensure the preservation of the life and health of workers in case of emergency, including measures to organize primary medical and sanitary assistance to victims.
Solve emerging problems and deal with passenger complaints promptly.
Monitor the timely submission of reports from the passenger ground handling department to the relevant departments.
Experience in service of ground handling of passengers and the aircrafts +/- 5 years.
The presence of managerial experience.
Knowledge of languages - fluency in Russian, Kazakh, English.
Knowledge of procedures, technologies, systems of ground passenger service.
Team management skills, conflict resolution, effective communications.
