Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Search for potential corporate clients, develop proposals, negotiate and enter into corporate agreements and maintain relationships.
  • Prepare monthly reports and analysis of global contracts with corporate clients of the Airline.
  • Effectively interact with colleagues in the marketing and sales department to improve sales on interconnected routes and passenger flows.
  • Draw up an up-to-date plan of events and tourist exhibitions for the year and participate in them.
  • Enter the base of corporate clients, regularly informing them about the news of the Airline
  • Regularly monitor corporate offers and competitors' actions for analysis. Coordinate and conduct response activities to competitors' actions to protect and increase the company's segment/market share (promotions, advertising).
  • Develop and manage the effectiveness of a corporate sales strategy for existing and new clients. Report monthly to the Director of Sales and Vice President of Marketing and Sales.
  • Search and identify new potential customers for the airline, as well as define and implement a sales and marketing plan to convert them to corporate customers.
  • Develop and promote the brand of the Airline in the Regions, as well as among the corporate segment in Kazakhstan and abroad
  • Develop MICE tourism and support sales in Kazakhstan.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Distribution channel management skills.
  • Sales mechanisms, processes and cycles.
  • Manpower and Cost Management skills.
  • IATA Industry standard practices.
  • Advanced English.
  • Detailed and creative approach to work.
  • Be able to work in the systems MonaLisa, Amadeus, AIMS;
  • Be able to use MicroStrategy system;
  • Ability to work with documents and contracts

  • Building high-level relationships with partners, regulators
