Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop online and offline training programs.
• Conduct online and offline training.
• Design, update, and conduct proficiency tests for reservations and sales staff.
• Plan a training schedule for the year.
• Draw up a monthly training plan and approve with the training manager of the booking and sales department.
• Participate in the training needs analysis for the TR department.
• Contribute to the creation of Academy training products that will provide general training for all departments as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 24 months working experience in Sales and Marketing department.
• Technical skills: Amadeus advanced, MS Office, Excell.
• Fluent in English and Kazakh.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Proactivity, responsibility, initiative.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Skills of conflict resolution.
