Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

§  To sell tickets, reaching sales plans set by the manager.

§  Provision of competent, correct and objective information to customers on air transportation issues.

§  Booking and issuing air tickets for flights of partners and partners.

§  Calculation of return and execution of relevant documents.

§  Execution of cash transactions and acceptance of payment by credit card. 

§  Preparation of cash report.

§  Processing requests from internal / external customers according to the standards of the service.

§  Execution of additional instructions from the direct supervisor, within the framework of his qualification and position.

REQIIREMENTS:

§  Knowledge of English, Russian and Kazakh languages.

§  Work experience in sales or customer service.

§  Knowledge of PC, office applications, fast typing (MSWORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK)

§  Good communication skills

§  Attention to details

§  Stress resistance

§  Ability to understand and fulfill all assigned obligations precisely and on time

§  Ability to work in team

§  Experience with cash reporting, cash and a terminal

§  Knowledge of  Amadeus reservation program (desirable)

§  Nice appearance for working with company clients
