Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To work with passengers and to do all necessary actions in all cases of problems with baggage (loss, non-arrival, damage, theft of parts or all of the contents of baggage, leaving personal belongings on board and other cases).
  • To prepare the claim application and necessary documents at the Airline passenger handling with a claim of violation in baggage.
  • To conduct internal investigations on complaints received from passengers and claims relating to violations of the established rules of transportation (loss, theft, delays in the delivery of luggage to the destination, damage to baggage or personal belongings during transport).

REQIIREMENTS:

  • Education sufficient to perform on the job -no qualification requirements.
  • Work experience sufficient to perform on the job - previous work experience required 1-2 years in customer services area.
  • Knowledge necessary to perform on the job - knowledge of English (intermediate level), Russian language(competent level of proficiency) and Kazakh language(basis speaking proficiency).
  • Skills necessary to perform on the job- skills by office programs MS office: Excel - working with spreadsheets databases, Word - work with a text editor, literacy drafting and writing skills (in English and Russian languages, in Kazakh language - preferably).
  • Personal characteristics necessary to perform on the job -accuracy, attention, stress resistance, the ability to cope with conflict situations, the ability and desire to work in a team.
