Description

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support for the Corporate Communications Unit (PR, SMM, social projects).
  • Preparation and coordination of documentation for cooperation with agencies, media, bloggers, and contractors (contracts, technical specifications, acts, etc.).
  • Monitoring documentation workflow with external partners within project frameworks.
  • Working with electronic document management systems, ensuring timely approval and execution of documents.
  • Participation in the procurement process: preparing purchase requests for goods and services, collecting and organizing required documentation, monitoring deadlines and compliance with internal procedures, and coordinating with the procurement and finance departments.
  • Liaising with commercial departments, bloggers, and partners.
  • Collaborating with charitable foundations and non-profit organizations as part of social and corporate projects.
  • Assisting in the organization of events.
  • Maintaining an archive of communication materials, presentations, press releases, reports, and photo/video content.
  • Preparing business correspondence.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in PR, SMM, or corporate communications (either in-house or at an agency).
  • Experience with document management and preparation of contractual and official documentation is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of office administration practices and standards of business correspondence.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with electronic document management systems.
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, and reliability.
  • Ability to handle stress and work effectively in a multitasking, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, prioritize tasks independently, and follow through to completion.
  • Language proficiency: fluent in Kazakh and Russian; English at B2 level or higher (business correspondence, reading, and document preparation).
