Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To develop and implement the design of learning products that will inspire and motivate participants.
• To create graphic design of all training materials, including online and offline formats.
• To develop visual design for the systems used in the department and instructions for them.
• To participate in the development and delivery of visual design training for other employees.
• To take part in the promotion of online learning among employees of the Air Astana group of companies and develop design for internal communication materials from the E-learning unit.
• To take part in the development of design and layout standards in the Training Academy.
• To take part in internal and external projects of the Training Academy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education preferred: design majors (web, graphic, animation design, etc.)
• Knowledge in the field of graphic design (basics of composition, working with colours, proper use of fonts, etc.)
• Knowledge of the basics of UX/UI design
• Knowledge of languages: Russian (spoken), English (intermediate), Kazakh (intermediate)
• Knowledge of programs for developing online courses (iSpring Suite, Articulate Storyline, video-scribing)
• A certificate in the field of online learning (methodology, design, development of online courses), as well as in the field of training is welcome

Skills and abilities, necessary to perform on the job:
