RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To manage and control the duties of ground service department employees on the territory of reporting Airlines representative offices.

  • Organize, analyze and control the operations of the Ground Services Department.
  • To control timely and high quality implementation of contractual obligations, if necessary to negotiate with managements of airport and handlers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: higher education.
  • Previous experience in Operational Services in airline not less than 3 years.
  • Leadership experience more than 1 year
  • Knowledge of languages: Russian - fluent, English -upper intermediate, Kazakh – upper-intermediate.
  • Legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulating the activities of the airline, knowledge of state and international safety standards (according to ICAO, IATA).
  • Business correspondence and telephone negotiation skills.
