Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • IT user support.
  • Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the equipment and software.
  • Installation and configuration of application software.
  •  Remote work with users.
  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting of computer equipment.
  • Maintain fully functional IT infrastructure computer park.
  • Lead the millstone consumables and computer components.
  • Participate in IT projects related to personal computers (hereinafter referred to as PCs), telephony, the network and the electronic passenger check-in system.
  • Do not let to work on workstations and servers of third parties.
  • Carry out periodic control checks of all workstations and test the correct functioning of anti-virus protection products.

REQIIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of English, Russian and Kazakh languages.
  • Work experience in sales or customer service.
  • Knowledge of PC, office applications, fast typing (MSWORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK)
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Stress resistance
  • Ability to understand and fulfill all assigned obligations precisely and on time
  • Ability to work in team
  • Experience with cash reporting, cash and a terminal
  • Knowledge of  Amadeus reservation program (desirable)
  • Nice appearance for working with company clients
