Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To organize and control activity of staff  (hereinafter – the Group) with a view to implement productive task of a maintenance shift.
• To support the flightworthiness in the framework of tasks, solved by the base and line Maintenance Departments, including, but not being limited by the following list:
• At implementing planned and ad hoc maintenance works in the framework of tasks, solved by the Group, brigade and/or individually.
• At removing refusals and malfunctions of aircrafts in the framework of tasks, solved by the Group, brigade and/or individually.
• At performing works refinement and modification works in the framework of tasks, solved by the Group, brigade and/or individually.
• To control implementation of tasks, solved by the Group, shift, brigade and/or individually:
• With competencies of the certifying personnel (line or base maintenance) by personal permissions with categories A, B1, B2 and/or C and/or
• With supporting personnel (base maintenance) by personal permissions with categories B1 and/or B2 and/or with a view to help in maintenance and/or get experience in maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in technical aviation.
• Previous work experience required +/- 5 years.
• Knowledge necessary to perform on the job:
• Requirements of guidelines and procedures of the Airline in providing aviation security in the amount of their official job duties.
• Computerized system of Aircraft maintenance management (TRAX,) in the amount sufficient to perform their duties (to the end of probation period).
• Proficiency in English at a level sufficient for intercourse, correspondence, understanding of the aviation technical documentation within the problems solved by E&M department.(Pre-Intermediate level).
• Knowledge of computer applications MS Office and Adobe Acrobat at the level of an experienced user.
• Deep knowledge of line and base maintenance procedures.
• Technology of maintenance in the framework of tasks, assigned to a Group Lead Engineer according to this job description.
• Basics of organization of maintenance.
• Structure and regulations of technical exploitation of technological equipment and ground service tools, used for maintenance.
• Complete set of basic systems of aircrafts, principles of work, structure and rules of maintenance.
• Arrangement of maintenance and check of capacity of aircrafts’ systems.
• Methods of revealing and removing of malfunctions of aircrafts in volume of accesses and limits of a permitting certificate of the Airline, given to a Group Lead Engineer individually.
• Base rules of replacing on aircrafts their components and elements.
• Responsibilities of personnel at maintenance works and their certification.
• Types and brands of special fluids and materials, used on aircrafts for their exploitation and repair, technology of use.
• Content of manuals, developed in the E&M Dpt, describing maintenance in the part, related to job duties of a Group Lead Engineer.
