Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own end-to-end responsibility for assigned IT systems, ensuring stability, availability, and performance, minimizing revenue loss and supporting customer experience.
• Act as a single point of accountability for system health, reducing dependency on external teams and vendors.
• Lead incident and problem management, including prioritization, root cause analysis, and reduction of resolution time.
• Proactively identify and prevent recurring issues to ensure system reliability.
• Perform technical analysis of APIs, integrations, logs, and data flows to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Design and recommend improvements to existing digital systems, integrations, and IT solutions
• Coordinate work across business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Initiate, plan, and support implementation of AI-powered IT  solutions, products, features and system integrations.
• Drive automation and optimization initiatives, including adoption of AI solutions, to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and data flows
• Experience with APIs, databases, monitoring tools, and technical troubleshooting
• Proven experience in incident and problem management, including root cause analysis
• Ability to independently make technical decisions and take end-to-end ownership
• Strong analytical and systems thinking, with the ability to work in complex environments
• Proactive mindset focused on optimization, automation, and continuous improvement
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, including ability to work across teams and translate technical topics
• Commitment to knowledge sharing, capability building, and reducing single-point-of-failure risks
• Familiarity with AI tools strongly preferred
