Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Representing and protecting the interests of JSC “FlyArystan” in courts, government agencies, the Police and the Prosecutor's Office, public and other organizations when considering legal issues.
• Preparation of opinions on legal issues arising in the activities of JSC “FlyArystan”, legal assistance to structural divisions on issues related to the activities of JSC “FlyArystan”.
• Participate in inspections carried out at JSC “FlyArystan”, prepare materials and documents, consider acts issued during inspections and give opinions on them, prepare answers and objections.
• Consider applications, letters, complaints, inquiries and other appeals received by the Legal Department from legal entities and individuals, and prepare appropriate conclusions, answers and objections on them.
• Consider the application of international conventions in the field of aviation to specific cases.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in jurisprudence, obtained in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Respective previous work experience at least 3 years;
• Knowledge of legislative and other regulatory and legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulating the activities of the airline;
• Knowledge of civil, procedural, labor, administrative and international law;
• The procedure for the conclusion and execution of contracts;
• Procedure for conducting claims work;
• The order of systematization, accounting and maintenance of legal documentation using modern information technologies;
• Languages: Russian / Kazakh - fluent (oral and written), English - Intermediate;
• MS Office confident user;
• Good negotiation skills;
