Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Undertake administrative, data relating, technical and troubleshooting job duties to support executive sales, senior executive and agencies.
  • Participate in projects (over 5 «steps») to improve sales support business processes including the development of performance indicators before analyzing data, instructions and recommendations to achieve sales targets.
  • To process in a timely manner agency group requests for the preparation of a price offer with the agreement of the sales manager and the revenue management department before concluding a contract and monitoring the materialization of the group.
  • Conduct regular negotiations with agencies to find new potential groups, conduct group inquiries and coordinate with the Department of ___RM____ of the cost and conditions by group. Continuously find ways to increase group requests and the percentage of their materialization.
  • Update and control the relevance of information on the company's products and services in Extranet, GBRS, Emarsys, CRM applications, and make suggestions for improving sales processes.
  • Coordinate the update and improvement of the applications used by the sales department with the Senior Sales Support Executive.
  • Update and inform the sales department about news of competitors on a daily basis.
  • Processing service requests and initiating Adhoc documentation upon request,
  • Provide information and analytical support to a corporate sales executive in the development and presentation of corporate partnership proposals to existing and potential corporate clients.
  • Conduct regular monitoring of prices and actions of competitors on direct and transit routes to timely adjust the pricing strategy of the Airline.
  • Process and prepare agreements, contracts, invoices related to the department for approval by the direct manager and organize administrative support in the preparation of seminars, webinars and workshops.
  • Participate and make proposals from the sales department in special and / or long-term projects aimed at increasing sales (solving organizational issues, coordinating work between interested departments / divisions).
  • Be aware of all changes in the company's products and services and communicate information about the changes to the sales executive and senior sales executive for further notification of the agencies.
  • Attend exhibitions that increase sales of the Airline's product and services.
  • Know and use the resources / systems of E-smash, Amadeus, DDS PaxIS and / or others for the preparation of analytical reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Previous work experience required 1 - 2 years.
  • General knowledge about aviation and aviation economics
  • Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems
  • Required skills – proactive thinking, effective communications, presentation skills, teamwork, reliability.
  • Advanced PC user
  • Knowledge of Excel, Power point.
  • English:Upper-intermediate
