Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or operations within the airline industry.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI)
    • Rich experience in Project Management, leading projects, developing and justifying business cases for continuous improvement in all areas of operations, customer services, logistics and manpower ulitization.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
    • Knowledge of airline operations, including scheduling, crew management, and maintenance processes.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Regular review and revise Ancillary Revenue performance of both inflight and ground services in order to determine the incentive package that will effectively incentivize and promote sales amongst cabin crew and ground services staff that will ultimately increase revenue for the airline.
  • Periodically conduct audit of cost structure for service suppliers, financial performance and operational process so as to ensure ACS operate Inflight Sales for FlyArystan in a cost effective manner and with efficient operations by removing any inefficiency, wastage and any unnecessary procedure, thereby maintaining cost efficiency and improving profitable ratio for FlyArystan.
  • Regular deep-dive review of customer feedback from different channels with an in-depth data analysis so as to gain an insight into the root causes of the gaps in performance for effective measures to be in place, thereby improving customer satisfaction and loyalty to FlyArystan..
  •  Perform an in-depth analysis On-Time-Performance through numerous data sources, benchmarking with other airlines best practices, analyzing cost impact of delays from different root causes, thereby improving the integrity of operations and its efficiency.
  • Lead, manage and participate in projects related to business development with an in-depth cost benefit analysis, a review of manpower requirements, staff scheduling, performance improvement and tracking of the overall operations for an on-going improvement of both internal and external customers.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new processes and tools implemented as a result of analysis and recommendations.
