OCC is the centralized facility within company wherein all tactical operational decisions are made, establishing a maximum focus on safety, customer care and efficiency.

Operations Control Centre is responsible for three main activities: executing the pre-planned schedule, updating the schedule for minor operational deviations, and recover flight schedule from major irregular operations by following internal instructions and procedure manual.

 Employment conditions: 12 hours operating schedule – 4 days on (2 days/2 nights) / 4 days off.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in emergency and irregular operational situations to Supervisor OCC
• Carry out continuous flight watch using all available mean in OCC
• Monitor and respond to all communications systems in OCC
• Assist other department’s requests/queries as well as conduct communication with airline’s and airport’s staff to obtain required information regarding flight status
• Obtain, clarify and investigate the reason of delays
• Prepare and distribute necessary reports
• Monitor daily flight schedule and ensure accuracy of data in airline database system
• Monitor and analyse weather information
• Distribute the messages about delays and other irregularities in flight schedule via distribution tools and email
• Utilize and monitor all programs and systems OCC runs during the shift
• Check the correctness of received navigation invoices

REQUIREMENTS:

• High-level Education
• Proficiency in English (oral, written) and Russian (oral, written)
• Advanced Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in team (Team player)
• Time management skills
• Communicational skills (ability to negotiate orally by phone, be polite, ability to listen)
