Description

Accept customer’s orders/requests/complaints by phone as well as by e-mail and face-to-face.

Initiate internal investigation involving appropriate departments in accordance with customer’s request.

Adjust decision with the Management of Department in accordance with documents

Provide official response to customer’s complaint/ request in accordance with Legislation of Kazakhstan “Order of consideration of physical and legal entitles”

Prepare appropriate documents for compensation payment and address it to appropriate Department;

Inform the heads of other departments in case of Rules violation by their staff.

Enter the client’s updated data into Customer Relations Management program.

 

Requirements

Computer literacy (Word, Excel – standard level), Amadeus

Excellent knowledge (upper-intermediate: writing and speaking) of one of following languages Kazakh, Russian and English languages, and intermediate knowledge of the rest.

Business correspondence technique – ability to write official memos.

Problem solving, striving to resolve issues at first point of contact.

Stress resistance.

Analytical abilities.

Multi-tasking ability.

Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Attention to detail and accuracy.
