Strong academic background. HR management is preferable.

Fluent Russian. English and Kazakh languages proficiency is not less than intermediate level.

Experienced user of PC and office applications.

Strong and conscious willingness to work and develop in HR sphere.

Strong communication skills.

Proactiveness
