Responsibilities:
- Manage all passengers/cargo sales activities across North India. Be a product and service Champion in
- Responsible for obtaining opportunities by working closely with the Trade / Corporate
- Conduct regular trade visits, product briefings. Reports to be submitted EOB (end of Business)
- Responsible for the passenger, revenue and Average fare targets for India
- Manage, Report and effectively control BSP sales in the territory
- Analyze, evaluate Passenger & Revenue figures and suggest ways to the Regional Manager on improving the same
- Evaluate Market conditions and competitor information and take retaliatory action to protect and increase market share after concurrence with the Regional Manager
- Address issues, claims and proposals of Agencies with respect to sales
- Submit monthly sales and marketing report to Regional Manager. Plan, Execute, Monitor, Review and report marketing activities and results
- Maintain effective communication with the Operations & HO
- Prepare fare proposals, Communication to the trade
- Develop, implement and maintain an effective marketing plan in coordination with the Regional Manager to promote consumer and trade awareness of the product.
- Advise Regional Manager on regional industry and competitor news, activities, tactical campaigns with contra proposal if required
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree Economics, business administration, communications, marketing. MBA degree is a plus.
- Previous work experience required +/- 10 years.
- Knowledge and skills necessary to perform on the job: Civil, labor, transport and administrative laws; Organizational skills and time management skills; Knowledge of English and Hindi Personal characteristics necessary to perform on the job Communicability, benevolence, professionalism, diligence and punctuality, crystal reputation.
