Crew Tracker is required in Crew Control.

The Crew Control operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; and is the center unit of co-ordination and decision for Air Astana crew members operating roster.  Crew Control Staff is responsible for managing of the Air Astana crew members’ published roster, by taken into consideration the Flight Time Limitation (FTL) requirements, as well as the Employment Regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Company’s policies when producing and updating the crew members’ rosters, in order to ensure flight safety and resolve operational issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To supervise and perform the effective the Air Astana crew members’ published roster during the day-to-day operations, by taken into consideration the Flight Time Limitation (FTL) requirements в оперативном режиме.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous work experience in crew planning routes required 1-2 years.
• Proficient user AIMS software system (Airline International Software System) in the following modules: Crew Route Construction, Graphical Maintenance, Database, Aircraft Movement Control, Government/Union/Rules.
• Excellence knowledge of OM FTL (75-100%).
• Work skills on crew duty limits and rest following FTL (OM, RK Regulations).
• Work skills on crew roster construction following OM, RK Regulations.
• Flight Time Limitation and rest requirements of crew regulating activity of Airline.
• Legislative and other regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Internal Crew Control instructions and regulations.
• English level up to Intermediate.
• Proficient user Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Stress resistance.
• Strong communicative skills.
• Team player
• Problem solving, striving to resolve issues at first point of contact.
• Effective conflict resolution skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Place of work: Almaty, Akhmetov Str 1A, Air Astana Office Center 2.
• Full employment, shift working hours.
• Shift schedule: 2 days 08.00-20.00; 2 nights 20.00-08.00 and 3 days off.
