Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the development and implementation of policies, standards, methodologies and/or regulations in the field of internal security.
• Coordinate work to identify and eliminate threats of financial, material and reputational damage that pose a threat to the functioning and development of the Company.
• Exercise control over the development and application of a set of organizational and legal measures aimed at preventing, neutralizing and eliminating factors that contribute to the abuse of official duties by personnel.
• Establish circumstances, suppress and prevent disclosure of information constituting commercial and official secrets.
• Participate and/or exercise general management in official investigations and inspections on the facts of detection and prevention of violations, regulatory documents of the Airline and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (until full completion).
• Transfer materials to law enforcement agencies for investigation of offenses and crimes committed against the Airline and individual employees.
• Perform special tasks assigned by the company's management within the competence of activities in the field of internal security.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Higher legal, technical, or aviation education.
• At least five years of experience in government agencies or organizations related to the implementation of operational-search activities or aviation security.
• English – intermediate or higher.
• Advanced level of computer literacy.
• Leadership skills.
• Knowledge of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other external documents regulating the activities of «Air Astana» JSC in the field of organizing and ensuring internal security.
• Good understanding of business processes.
