Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to make a research on a particular case - collection and analysis of missing information;
  • Understand the basic business analysis techniques and key concepts (SWOT, market analysis, PESTLE);
  • To conduct meetings with key project stakeholders for collection of information and analysis;
  • Develop a business case for the project;
  • To develop and draw up a plan for preparation and launch of a new project (project plan) in coordination with Immediate chief or project manager;
  • To identify the need and cost of resources required for the project;
  • To evaluate the cost of the work and determine the project budget;
  • To develop financial model of the project;
  • To prepare a presentation of the project;
  • To submit MRG forms and justify the business case together with Project Sponsor;
  • To conduct meetings with key project stakeholders for collection of information and analysis;
  • To interact and cooperate with the relevant departments and external suppliers;
  • To control and resolve disputed issues in coordination with Project Sponsor;
  • To monitor the activities of the project, and correct if necessary.
  • To regularly assess the implementation of the project for compliance with the accepted standards of quality
  • To control timely collection, distribution and storage of documentation needed for the project
  • To ensure distribution of documents and information about the project on its completion
  • To execute post-project analysis of the benefits realized from the project implementation;
  • To prepare an annual budget for the PPO for planned projects;
  • To submit quarterly to the BoD the planned purchase plan of the PPO.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 5 (five) years of experience in projects, or in supervisor/manager positions
  • Bachelor degree
  • Preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics
  • Basic knowledge of finance
  • Project Management Certification (PMBoK, Prince 2)
  • English: Upper-intermediate
  • Russian: Professional
  • Organizational skills.
