Responsibilities:

• Processing requests for refunds/rebooking of tickets
• Calculating compensation
• Providing feedback on complaints and suggestions from the company's clients
• Working with related departments.

Requirements:

• Higher education (or a final year student) in the field of service or related disciplines
• English - upper-intermediate, Kazakh - above average
• Experience working with clients or in the administrative sphere will be an advantage
• Knowledge of basic computer programs (MS Office, CRM systems)
• During the internship, interns will be trained in the necessary tools and programs
