Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monthly check the correctness of the reflection of the articles of actual income, expenses and balance accounts of the company reporting.
• Control over the correct and timely execution of the primary documentation, control of operations for accounting of inventory materials of the company.
• Conducting an annual inventory of company assets.
• Control over the releases creation for Commercial warehouse goods, in accordance with correct actual pick up date and place of final goods delivery between contract details, ERP and warehouse systems
• Provide daily information assistance on accounting, reporting and other company issues to financial controllers, analysts and supply. planning colleagues
• Responsibility for the financial monthly closure process in the Commercial Warehouse, in accordance with the Calendar and internal check-list
• Control and approval of payments in KC Pay
• Control over the acceptance of documents for accounting in accordance with the internal procedures of the company.
• Carry out a financial analysis of the company.
• Provide informational assistance to financial analysts on accounting, reporting and scope of services
• Organize timely reflection on the accounts of accounting operations related to the movement of assets of the company.
• Monthly Reconciliation of warehouse transactions between PL and SL

REQIIREMENTS:

• Education: Higher economic or financial.
• Previous work experience in the specialty 2-3 years.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Work experience in the following Oracle ERP modules: Payable Accounts, General Ledger, AA Материальный бухгалтер.
• Work experience in KC Pay
• Knowledge of languages: Russian - fluent, English - intermediate, Kazakh - basic.
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts governing the organization of international air cargo transportation is desirable.
• Business correspondence and telephone skills.
• Experienced user of MS Office.
