· To maintain crew planning system AIMS database, assign approved coding for cabin crew members roster publish, planning training for In-Flight Services’ operating staff. To keep executive work with crew planning department, crew control, cabin training and other adjacent departments on the issues of cabin crew members’ flight safety.
· To provide service on timely cabin crew consultation in vacation issues, flight documentation and other executive issues.
· To control and update in due time in AIMS system cabin crew members’ expiry dates of flight and personal documents, open/close aircraft qualifications.
· Тo implement in AIMS database in due time information about personal data change, disciplinary actions, discarding from the flight duties due to health conditions, transfers to other positions, compliments from passengers and management of the Airline.
· То inform crew planning officers in time about changes in cabin crew member’s roster happened due to force-major situations (sick leaves, unplanned leaves etc.) on daily basis via corporate e-mail.
· To lead coordinated work with partner medical centers on the issues of cabin attendants’ attendance and sick leave documents’ registration in time appointed.
· To plan dates of medical checks, licenses prolongation and other, using approved coding in system in accordance with necessary time.
· To maintain records and if necessary make corrections in annual leaves’ planning within fixed cabin crew leaves limit line.
· To control the observance of established norms in cabin crew members’ block hours on demand.
· To implement new groups of cabin crew in AIMS database according to cabin crew and related divisions’ data.
· To change positions of cabin attendants in AIMS database with management’s approval.
· To open and close aircraft qualifications in AIMS database to new, acting, resigned and discarded cabin crew members with management’s approval.
· To work out with crew planning officers the start dates of line-checks for new cabin attendants and those who transferred to another positions for them to operate independent and international flights.
