Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Tracking and analyzing user interactions on the website using analytical tools,
• Identifying trends, use cases and issues on the website.
• Analyzing conversions and bounces, sales and other metrics, as well as identifying the factors influencing them.
• Analysis and identification of needs for improvement of systems and business processes.
• Development of technical tasks and specifications, manual testing of data collection settings, keeping technical documentation up to date.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in IT or in related fields;
• Experienced user : Excel, Google Sheets;
• Experience in Google Analytics/Amplitude or other web/mobile analytics tools is preferred;
• Knowledge of Python (pandas specifically), SQL, PowerBI dashboards, Looker Studio will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of English at least intermediate level;
• Project management skills, strong communication and analytical skills;
• Ability to work both independently and in a team;
• Proactivity, responsibility, attentiveness, perseverance, analytical mind;
• Critical thinking and the ability to substantiate conclusions drawn;
• Desire to rapidly learn and develop in the direction of product analysis.
