Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform audit complex audit engagements in accordance with established standards and deadlines;
• Assess the airline's risks related to corporate governance, the organization's operations and information systems and perform consulting assignments in these areas;
• Develop professional audit engagement programs;
• Coordinate the actions of service employees in the performance of organizational and functional tasks;
• Observe employees;
• Prepare reports on audit and consulting assignments;
• Work in the "Teammate" system.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher professional education in the fields of economics and / or finance, and / or accounting and auditing, and / or information technology, and / or the technical field, and / or the legal field; Having a Master's degree in the above areas is welcome;
• Total work experience of at least 5 years, including experience in internal audit of at least 2 years;
• Understanding of business processes, risks and related control systems of the airline;
• Knowledge of methodology, advanced technologies and internal audit tools
• Experience in managing the process of performing audit and consulting engagements, managing a team and monitoring engagement progress, writing and reviewing reports;
• Knowledge of the Code of Ethics and Standards;
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Excellent written and oral knowledge of Russian and English;
• It is also preferable to have a certificate and/or qualification in the field of audit, and/or accounting and/or financial management, and/or IT technologies, and/or risk management, knowledge of the state and foreign languages.
