Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a strategic vision for the development of in-flight entertainment programs in line with the company's growth and communicate it to all stakeholders.
• Organize and manage all in-flight entertainment programs and printed media on board aircraft in accordance with customer needs and the Airline's requirements, negotiate with print media suppliers, oversee deliveries, track inventory balances (system-based) in the warehouse, and oversee the placement of advertising materials on KCTV.
• Select audiovisual programs, system applications, and media for aircraft, and negotiate with service providers for the provision of on-board entertainment content.
• Monitor the content of in-flight entertainment systems using various tools (watching movie trailers, reviewing websites/movie reviews, reviewing the film industry market, and analyzing other airlines' entertainment programs).
• Ensure and monitor the timely delivery of new entertainment system content and publications.
• Conduct marketing research on in-flight entertainment systems, recommend innovations, and work to improve the quality of the in-flight entertainment system on Air Astana aircraft.
• Conduct searches for entertainment programs (video, audio) in accordance with brand values ​​and recommendations of the immediate supervisor.
• Develop, monitor, and manage the annual budget for entertainment systems and publications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Understanding of the onboard entertainment program
• Knowledge of intellectual property rights is desirable
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field
