RESPONSIBILITIES:

Correctly reflect income / expenses in the corresponding reporting period in the system CargoSpot, Oracle, NewCargo System, SMS;

To provide monthly data on the movement of SRF for assigned agents;

Timely monitor entering of data rates to CargoSpot, NewCargo System;

Develop reports to optimize the work of the department, make suggestions for improving and optimizing the systems CargoSpot, NewCargo System, SMS;

Timely billing surcharges CCA, DCM for agents;

REQIIREMENTS:

Education: Higher economic or financial.

Previous work experience in the specialty not required.

Knowledge of IFRS.

Knowledge of languages: Russian - fluent, English - upper intermediate, Kazakh - basic.

Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts governing the organization of international air cargo transportation is desirable.

Business correspondence and telephone skills.

Experienced user of MS Office.
