Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performance of work on non-destructive testing of aircraft structural elements and their components. Applied methods of NDT: Ultrasonic, Eddy current, Magnetic-powder, Penetrating Substances (Capillary). The control is carried out using the documentation of aircraft manufacturers/components, international, industry standards, and Company procedures.
• Performance of work on inspection of internal structural elements of aircraft engines (Borescope).
• Fulfillment of tasks for monitoring the performance of NDT systems used in the Company (Magnetic-powder flaw detector, capillary control line) based on the requirements of industry standards and procedures of the Company.
• Maintenance of technical documentation in accordance with the procedures of the Company.
• Works are carried out both in the conditions of the NDT laboratory in Almaty, and at line stations in the Republic of Kazakhstan, if necessary, abroad.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education - technical (preferably - aviation)
• Work experience - at least three years in aircraft maintenance on a technical position, preference will be given to candidates with experience in working with NDT methods.
• Availability of certificates/certificates for Ultrasonic, Eddy current, Magnetic-powder, Capillary methods of NDT. Preference will be given to candidates certified to EN4179/NAS410, qualification level 2.
• NOTE: It is possible both to extend the existing NDT certificates/certificates, and to train for the missing NDT methods at the expense of the Company.
• Technical English in the amount necessary to understand the applicable technical documentation, correspondence, professional communication.
