Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • To develop a Training Need Analysis (TNA) course program and syllabus for training E&M department staff/ ATC trainees.
    • To conduct training/examinations of trainees (where it is specified) according to the "Standards for training and examinations", given in “Maintenance training organization exposition” (MTOE KZ) for programs approved by CAC to conduct by the ATC.
    • To conduct the process of trainees’ studying in the classroom and interactive (online).
    • To develop an aircraft type training practical element program and conduct trainings for trainees on an aircraft type training practical element program
    • Requirements of guidelines and procedures of the Airline in providing aviation security in the amount of their official job duties.
    • To develop a course program in accordance with requirements of EASA Part 145, EASA Part 147, and CAC of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
    • To develop test questions and exams according to the "Standards for training and examinations" given in «Maintenance Organization Exposition and Engineering Procedures Manual» (MOE and EPM); «Maintenance Training Organization Exposition» (MTOE – Part 147), approved by EASA and CAС; and «Maintenance Training Organization Exposition» KZ-RK; (MTOE KZ-RK) approved by CAC
    • To develop training programs on the aircraft type of theoretical and practical elements, including syllabus, course program and program of conducting the course of practical element.
    • To conduct training in accordance with the approved TNA syllabus, course program and programs of conducting the course of practical element.
    • To conduct an exams according to the "Standards on aircraft type training and examinations," given in the MTOE-147; MTOE-KZ-RK.
    • To track the progress of preparation/training of trainees, to control their attendance and complete the “Attendance form”.
    • To put marks and analyze the answers of the trainees, to receive feedback «Student’s Course Critique» detailing any mismatch (inconsistency, contradiction) according to the results of the examination or training process.
    • To update courses on time implementing changes to the program and the course content as new information is received.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Aeronautical technical education in a technical field (eg aeronautical engineering, aerospace engineering, etc.);
  • Teaching experience: Must be able to teach with a primary specialization in the aviation field;
  • Qualification: Possess an engineer's license with category B1 or B2, in accordance with the rules and requirements of EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency). (minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance);
  • Knowledge of EASA Part-145 and EASA Part-147: Must have a thorough understanding of the major laws, regulations and standards governing the maintenance and training of aircraft systems and components in accordance with EASA Part-145 (service organization certification regulations) and EASA Part-147 (norms and standards for aviation personnel training);
  • Communication Skills: Must have excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts and thoughts to students and pupils. The ability to clearly and understandably explain technical terms and processes is an important requirement;
  • Striving for Excellence: Must show a keen interest and enthusiasm for the learning process and student development. The ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve high performance is a key aspect of the instructor-examiner's job;
  • Adaptability: Must be ready to work in a dynamic environment where rapid adaptations to changes in technologies, regulations and safety requirements in aviation are required.
  • Presentation Skills: Must be able to create and deliver presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint or similar tools. The ability to effectively use visual materials and graphics helps students to better perceive and remember information.
