Description
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or related fields
- Higher education (preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Linguistics, or Communications)
- Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create unique, persuasive, and audience-tailored content
- Experience working with SEO principles and understanding their impact on content
- Content planning and management skills
- Creative thinking, high self-organization, ability to work under multitasking and tight deadlines
- Out-of-the-box thinking, strong teamwork, and self-management skills
- Experience collaborating with various departments
- Knowledge of current content marketing trends and digital platforms
- Skills in analyzing content performance and optimizing based on metrics will be an advantage
- Out-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, and strong self-organization
Main responsibilities:
- Together with marketing, innovation, CC, CR and other units review current navigation on website and introduce new easier navigation with better copywriting.
- Divide information and pages into logical sections.
- Review and begin work on accumulated ad-hoc requests from departments (e.g., powerbank carriage rules, services, standards).
- Provide copywriting support for new pages, website rules, and other content in three languages upon department requests.
- Review quality control of all current published content on the website and app, including copywriting and consistency with FlyArystan’s brand tone.
- General FAQ on website.
- Country Entry regulations
- Etc.
- Adapt content for the launch of new functions (upcoming new products like Kiwi Worldwide FAQ, Upgrade Bundle in Manage Booking, Add Infant, Codeshare FAQ, etc.).
- Ensure a consistent tone of voice and storytelling across all digital platforms.
- Manage Chinese content localization with translators and supervise all related publications.
Translation & Localization
- Prepare new homepage content and translations into three languages during upcoming redesign.
- Translate and localize interface texts, system messages, forms, and notifications into Kazakh, Russian, and English.
UI/UX Text Management
- Edit and adapt existing texts on homepage, internal website sections, and mobile app for improved UX.
- Participate in UX reviews for interface elements and phrasing (e.g., buttons, hints, error messages, confirmations).
- Collaborate with IT, Online Sales, Innovation, and marketing teams for timely implementation of content updates.
Content Maintenance & Quality Assurance
- Regularly check and update all texts across the website and app, including system messages.
- Review current texts for spelling, logic, stylistic errors, and remove outdated language.
- Prevent content duplication on the website and app.
