Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate the actions of employees of the airline's departments in the event of emergencies related to an act of unlawful interference in the activities of civil aviation, as well as on issues of risks and threats to aviation security.
• Carry out prompt collection of information on risks and threats to aviation security in zones of combat conflicts, on complications of the internal political and social situation in countries located at destinations or on their way (or choosing as an alternate airfield) from open and closed sources.
• Conduct continuous monitoring of threats and risks to ensure security at all stages of the airline's operations. Also collect information through government agencies and organizations. Based on the available information, conduct a risk assessment and identify threats to the airline.
• Communicate with the Civil Aviation Committee, Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan, Department of Internal Affairs, National Security Committee, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Emergency Situations.
• At the direction of the management, to participate on behalf of the airline, together with interested state bodies, in organizing the preparation and conduct of multi-level anti-terrorist exercises and trainings according to the plan of the Dabyl anti-terrorist operation.
• Based on a risk and threat assessment, submit and implement measures to improve the production instructions and documentation of the aviation security service and other departments. Provide support to the airline's operational departments in identifying and mitigating aviation security risks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High education in fields of aviation/ technical military /legal/politology
• Desirable experience in military structures 5 years. Experience in intelligence services and working with confidential data.
• Security Risk management course is preferable.
• Knowledge of types of weapons, and their tactical and technical characteristics.
• English – intermediate or higher
• Be able to carry out delegated tasks timely and properly, be able to remain true and keep interests of the Company, be able to treat concerned personnel in a way that will best achieve result.
