Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  To reflect expenses of department’s revenues, expenditures and investments, within its own group of cost centers, as well as verification of the results of the work of the financial controller.
• To prepare a budget and a business plan for income and expenses within the own cost centers, control over its execution, analysis of the reasons for deviations by budget items. Checking the results of the work of a financial analyst.
• To develop and optimize reports. Verification of the correctness of the requested financial information prepared by the financial analyst inflight service.
• To organize payment of invoices to suppliers in accordance with the terms of the contracts. Track overdue payments by suppliers.
• To organize the timely receipt of original documents and their transfer to the archive.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in accounting, auditing, economics or finance
• Previous work experience 3 years in the finance related field.
• Knowledge of double entry accounting
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Good knowledge of International Accounting Standards and IFRS
•  Ability to build financial models
• Budget planning experience
•  Ability to analyze expenses and revenues of the company and understanding financial statements
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Experience in Oracle ERP, Power BI preferred
• Proficiency in English within the limits, required for communication, correspondence, understanding of aviation, technical and financial documentation.
