Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To daily monitor «Inventory Shelf Life Expiration» status in TRAX, decide on withdrawal of returnable parts, materials, equipment with the expired time limit from the store excluding their further usage and application.
• To carry out all job tasks related to the work of technical store in full scale until the completion of the work shift, including all requests via e-mail.
• To organize and directly participate in the loading and unloading operations of the technical store, place inventory items to stores in strict accordance with the attached tag.
• To control the work of the shift storekeeper during the acceptance of spare parts and materials from the engineering and technical staff for the correctness of filling in documentation, performing a visual inspection of the received parts, as well as carrying out all the necessary transactions in TRAX.
• To timely prepare and issue the spare parts,materials and tools from the technical and tool stores at the request of the technical staff of theAirline, as well as at the request of the responsible employee - for aircraft of other airlines.
• To perform appropriate write-off transactions in TRAX.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education
• Previous experience in the specialty of +/- 3 years.
• Knowledge necessary to perform the job duties.
• Understanding of the guidelines and procedures of the Airline in ensuring aviation security within the scope of their official job duties.
• Fluency in Russian and English at a level sufficient for communication, correspondence, and understanding of aviation technical documentation within the scope of tasks handled by the TS Department (Intermediate level).
• Knowledge of computer applications, including MS Office and Adobe Acrobat, at the level of an experienced user.
