Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To registrate cash documents in the cash register system and reflect in cash registers at monetary operation , received and issued amounts in accordance with the instruction manual for the corresponding type of cash register system and reflect in cash registers.
• To follow the cash register and reporting procedure in the process of performing cash transactions.
• To study signs of fake banknotes for the purpose of  timely identification and prevention their admission to the cashier.
• To prepare and transfer funds to collectors  according to the established procedures.
• To prepare and send to the bank an application and a bank account order for receiving money. To receive money from the bank through collectors - bills and coins for exchange according to the established procedure.
• To make closing of the shift / day in the system, draw up the checklist for checking the closing of the day.
• To write out invoices and acts of completed work by command post and invoices.

REQIIREMENTS:

• Higher education in Accounting and Audit, Finance, Economics.
• Previous work experience in the specialty: from 1 year.
• Language skills: Russian - fluent, Kazakh - good colloquial, English - basic level.
• Professional  monetary cash skills.
• Effective communication with external and internal customers.
• Skills of working with MicrosoftOffice, MicrosoftWord, accounting systems.
• Basic Excel skill: to create tables on worksheets, fill and fill out, conduct simple calculations.
• Skills of working with cash register equipment (cash register machine, POS terminal, banknote counter, currency detector.
